why the files are missing the first seconds of my project ' in any way i am exporting it' while on my computer the all project run as it should  do?

Please explain in,  great detail,  your exact step by step process.  Again, in great detail, what are the "several option" you've tried that have not worked?  Provide screen shots of your entire work space and render settings.
