En date du 24/07/2017, mon compte bancaire a été débité de 17,99 Euros pour 'Adobe Systems so'; alors que je n'utilise pas ce service?

if you have a subscription, you are charged whether you use the programs, or not. 

it works the same as all other subscriptions.  i'm charged for my newspaper subscription whether i read the newspaper, or not.  and i'm charged for my office lease whether i'm on vacation, or not.
