Premiere elements

Hi

I've been asked by casting application to uploaded video but they would like it in 720 x 4 80 and encoder mepeg4.

I can't find on premiere elements can anyone help me please. I'm new to all this and would like to help.

It depends on which version of the program you're using -- and what format your original footage is in.

If it is in a DV-AVI or DV-MOV format, it's also important to know if your video is 4:3 or 16:9.
