cleaning up apps

I have the following Photoshop CC folders in my applications folder on my iMac.  Can I delete everything except the 2017 folder?  How did I end up with all these anyway?

• PS CC2015 (plugins)
• PS CC 2014 (plugins)
• PS CC 2017 (PS app and 5 folders and uninstall)

Many times these folders contain third party presets and plugins. If you are sure there is nothing inside you want, you can trash the folder.
