i need to download the old version of Photoshop "CS4" but unable to get the purchase or download option on the adobe site.

So how can i get the old version of CS4.

What is the version of your operating system? OSX 10.12 or Windows 10?

Download the two files for Windows you see in the link I gave you. I selected English, but if your serial number is for another language, download the files for that language.

One file will end in .exe, the other in .7z  Double-click on the exe to create the folder with the installer.
