Camera Not Connected

Trying to use the Fuji Tethered Pro add-on for Lightroom.

MacOS Sieria V:10.12.6

XT-2 Body firmware 2.10

In Lightroom, when the plug-in is started, "Camera Not Connected" appears.

We've tried several things, even reinstalling Lightroom. No luck.
