Canon 6D MK2 -- "Preview not available" -- LR5

Just got the new Canon 6D MK2 and took some test shots in Raw. Tried downloading to LR5 and get the message "preview not available" and the images won't download.

Any advise on how I can solve this problem will be appreciated & thanks in advance.

You will need LR6 for that new camera. Or get the DNG app to convert CR2 into DNG and they can be used in LR5.

DNG Converter is free. You can batch convert a whole folder of CR2 images into Adobe raw (DNG) without any loss of quality and the dng files will be backward compatible with your existing software
