Problem running Photoshop CC

I've got a problem running Photoshop CC, it says:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close the application.

Please help me, it seems to be having a problem today, I've got three more days before passing the work.

Please try to use this tool first:

1 - Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

then re-download a fresh copy of photoshop and reinstall...

If it doesn't fix:

Try this solution first , then repeat step 1:
