hello how to use two laptops [How to use Adobe Cloud to store and sync photos?]

Hello im new here im from holland

i use now photoshop and lightroom

Now i want to make the cloud my database with all my photo.s .

so i was thinking that the creative cloud is to use .

but when i swiths from laptop and i look in the craetive cloud i dont have the same photo's .

what is going wrong?
