Photoshop CC 2017 Glitching

I just got a new laptop a couple weeks ago, the Macbook Pro mid-2015 15" model and I've been having an issue with the Photoshop window glitching (and this is the only program that does this). My Photoshop and OS is up to date. It seems to be mostly when I move my cursor around rapidly that the window almost "hiccups" and every so often it does it on its own, and sometimes a few times in a row. What could be causing this?
