Using PE15 on MAC. Does Adobe know when PE15 will recognize new Apple SuperDrive DVD player?

None of us can speak for Adobe. This is a user-to-user forum.
But the program accesses hardware through the operating system. If your Mac OS can work with the drive, Premiere Elements should be able to burn a disc with it.
