How to upgrade from LR 4.0 to LR 6.0

I have Lightroom 4.0 and I don't want the cloud. I want to upgrade to 6.0 but not able to find any options for it. Adobe keeps pushing me towards the cloud but I don't want it!

Also, where can I download LR 4.0? I have a new computer but there seems to be no option to download the 4.0?

Download and install Lightroom 6 (Single App license)

Lightroom 6 can be purchased from: Adobe Checkout Make sure you select the upgrade and not the Full Version.

Thanks! I solved the LR problem. I also have to download Adobe Creative Suite Production Premium 6.0 version. Where do you think I can download from?
