Can photo shop be used on two computer by two people

Hey I need photo shop for my school work but mum is hesitant to do the payment on my computer so was wondering if theres a way that she can pay for it on her computer but then the photoshops on my computer.

You can install and use on two computers, but she will need her Adobe ID to activate on your computer.

It's one user at one time deal, not two users at the same time.
