How can turn off dialog missing Font of Indesign CC?

I am working with COM of Indesign by vb.net.

My data exist Fonts not install in my PCs.

If i get Font from data:

Ex:  Dim strFontname = oTextFrame.Characters(1).AppliedFont.Name

Sometimes a dialog will show as Image:

I using: oInDesign.setUserInteractionLevel(idUserInteractionLevels.idNeverInteract) , But it still show this dialog.

How can turn off dialog missing Font of Indesign CC?

Or exist tool or plugin can turn off this dialog?

Version CS: it is ok,

But Version CC, sometime it still show when i get fontname.

I had set : UserInteractionLevel=idNeverInteract  and open file will not display dialog box.

But it will show ,If i get Font from data. This problem only occur with Versions CC(2013,2014,2015,2017)

Version CS : it is ok.
