defective notification+text problem

Hello,

i downloaded photoshop elements for the 30 days free trial and every time when i open a new document the following notification appears

"the monitor profile AOC 2343 appears to be defective. Please return your monitor notification calibration software".

the second problem is with the reverse Hebrow text

i would appreciate if you can please help me with the above
