I am trying InDesign CC 2017 latest version on MacOS Seira 10.12.6.

The problem is that I am unable to type "Yaa Maqsoora Ù‰" in InDesign.

I am totally clueless, as I had tried typing the character in TextEdit with same font and keyboard layout and everything works just fine.

Pleas help.

That's odd, could it be your keyboard, try another external one to see if it works. Bring out Apple's virtual keyboard to make sure your Mac OSX do have all the alphabets.

All CC and CS6 have this option. This is not InDesign, this is "creative cloud" application. Are you can't find it?
