Hi Adrian,

We're looking into this. There seems to be an issue with certain Android devices where the pixel densities (HDPI) is not compatible.

Sorry for the troubles.

Hi Adrian,

Is that an Android tablet?

Premiere Clip requires Android 4.4 and up. Yours is a different OS, i guess.

Sheena

No, this is an Android device, a phone. A 2 minute search on Google would have answered that question.

That's the same. Device isn't a problem. I suppose the OS is not compatible.

Unless it is a matter of National Security, how about giving us Adobes simple, logical explanation for why Android tablets are excluded.

As you stated, "Android 4.4 and up" - Nexus6P is an Android PHONE running version 7. So far ALL of your requirements are satisfied however I STILL cannot install and run it on my PHONE.

Can someone please explain WHY Clip runs on phones and not tablets? They both run Android... I keep running into these brick walls when I am trying to make Android my one and only. Adobe Reader also behaves differently from phones vs. tablets.

Forever hopeful in the Adobe Team.
