Is there a bridge between CC (regular) and CC-Extended?  I would like to use the cube 3D rotation option.

You PMd me your system details. Those showed a non genuine copy of Photoshop (Photoshop do not make a perpetual license for Photoshop CC) which is why 3D is not working. I cannot help you further.

There is no CC extended. All CC versions include the options that were previously restricted to extended versions.

If 3D is not working - look at your GPU spec.

If you meet the minimum spec please post your system info. Go to Photoshop - Help - System info - Click on copy and paste the info into this thread.
