Restriction of design layout

Why is adobe support not capable of supporting?

We have had a design restriction layout for months now. it keeps restricting the space in which you can design in it does not matter if you select custom size it still restricts the design area in which you can design and it does it when your zoomed out this common sense surely.

We cant design anymore because its restricting everything.

The canvas goes from -25000, to +25000 in both directions. Are you designing at such a scale where this is an issue?

Is this happening with all files, or just that one? I've never encountered such a restriction, so I'm not sure what you're referring to. Your canvas area does look odd though. There's some extra dark gray in your screenshot that I do not see when I use XD.
