Problem with most ANEs

Hi people,

I have a trouble with Adobe Animate which using Adobe AIR 26 (or lower version). There's a long dialog blocking me when I tried to publish Android App. That's happen after I put most ANEs (Vungle, Milkman, Freshplanet, etc) into my project file, even one by one. The screenshot should be attached below. Anyone knows how to get rid from this problem?
