Issuing Picking Fields to Mark as Read-Only

Running Adobe Acrobat IX Pro.  When editing the signature properties to "Mark as read-only", I click the pick list and all the fields are displayed correctly with a check box.  I literally have to click about 30-50 times for the individual box to actually check or uncheck.  In some instances it does not work at all.  I can hit the select all or deselect all button with no problem, but individual selectoin is near impossible.  Note, this all started after we converted to Windows 10 a few days ago.

Anyone have any solutions / work-arounds?

Use the keyboard to navigate the list (up/down arrow keys) and use the spacebar to toggle a field's checkbox.

Don't blame yourself. It's a long-standing bug that Adobe has failed to fix

so far...
