Hello!
We have this video (see the screenshots).
The problem with the video is that the speaker was constantly changing his position. As a consequence, the head sometimes moves to the right, sometimes to the left, sometimes a little bit up or down.
We need to find a way to automatically process the videos and keep the head always in the same place.
That would create black floating areas on the borders, but it's ok.
Since the movements of the head are very smooth, the general video stabilization algorithm in Premiere Pro (Warp Stabilizer) doesn't really help.

To learn about motion stabilizing type "Stabilize motion" in the search help field at the top right corner of AE and check out the help files and community resources.
You'll want to pick an area in your video that you want to lock into position like the intersection of the shirt collar and the hair line. Make sure you include enough area, then follow the instructions in the help files.
