Part of Menus Missing

As per image below, only part of any menu is showing.  The image below is my edit/preferences window.

Not an issue in InDesign CC 2017  or Illustrator CC 2017

Uninstalled Photoshop, restarted Windows 10, deleted preferences, reinstalled and still same issue.

I did recently have a font issue where I accidentally uninstalled several system fonts.

However, this did not effect my other CC programs.

Does Photoshop have some proprietary fonts that InDesign and Illustrator do not.

Any other ideas?

Hi Wdeerhunter,

Could you please let us know which version of Photoshop are you using and on which operating system?

As you have already tried reinstalling the software, could you please try the Adobe cleaner tool to do a clean installation of Photoshop and let us know if it helps: Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
