Adobe cs6 photoshop, Ai, and Bridge will not keep copy right information

1. edit my photo in Photoshop CS6

2. I go to file, file Info and enter copyright information

3. I save the photo

4. I find the photo and drag in back into Photoshop

5. All Copyright Information is gone-when I go to file/file info

6. I did the same steps 1-3 and drag the photo into AI

7. All of the Copyright Information is gone-when I go to file/file info

8. I follow steps 1-3

9. I open the photo in Adobe Bridge cs6

10. All of the Copyright Information is gone -when I go to file/file info

can you please assist

Is this happening with multiple files or one specific file?

What file format are you using to save the file?
