Lost the 'actions' button/option

Hi!

After updating Photoshop today I lost the actions button/option & actions in Photoshop. After reinstalling it's still not there.
Can someone tell me what went wrong, or what it is that I'm missing and how I can get back my actions in Photoshop?

I just did, thank you for your help, but also can't seem to find it at the menu?! Do you have some other options?

Misschien heb ik de vraag niet goed begrepen maar ik zie de Actions toch staan (=Handelingen)

In the Dutch language version of photoshop cc 2017 the Actions panel is called Handelingen.
