How to install AE CS6 on Mac with Sierra system?

Does anyone know how to install AE CS6 on the Sierra operating system?

I installed it, but it says to me: "Unable to open the application"

You have to run the AE 11.4 update to do anything.

CS6 is a legacy version and is no longer being maintained. at a certain point it just won't work on a current operating system. not sure if that's the case with Sierra but it'll happen eventually.

I wouldn't expect it to work as expected anymore. Have you had any success installing it yet? Let us know if you got it working or not.
