When i click render my intro stays at 0:00 out of 12:00

I have researched and looked up many things followed many tutorials and my template wont render. Please help extremely frustrated.

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details liek render settings, comp settings, effects and footage used etc.. Sorry, but just saying that it doesn't work is utterly useless.
