After HDD crasch lost Adobe Lichtroom. Serial number lost as well...

Hello Guys,

It's a bit of a dissaster.

Years ago I installed Lightroom 5, and was happy with it.

However, a few weeks ago my HDD halted forever.

The motor don't runs anymore... Last many data.

All my soft and many things more are lost.

So, with Licghtroom.

Is there a possibility to recover my serial? In the datbase of adobe?

With my adres and loging.

If you originally registered your product the serial number will be stored in your Adobe Account.

Sign in with your Adobe ID (email address & password) and choose the tab “Plans & Products”

Then view your products. Every registered application should be shown with serial numbers.

To see a list of your registered products and their serial numbers, go to My Account
