Sooo . . . I paid to convert PDFs to WORD files. Then I successfully uploaded around 120 files to be converted. All were succesfully converted, but when I hit "Download all," nothing happens. (I experimented with dowanloading one file, and it worked fine, but I really don't want to download 119 others individually, especially when I have been offered a "Dowload all" button!!!) Anyone know the answer? Thanks.
Can you select e.g. 10 or 20 files and then select "Download"? Do you get a ZIP file with those files? I just tried with about 20 files, and that worked.
