Lightroom mobile not synchronising

I can take pictures in Lightroom mobile on my iPhone, but my Desktop-application won't sync them (it says "325 fotos are being synchronised"). It even "sees" the fotos and gives me the specific link to every one of them (I can open them in my browser), but I can't get them on my desktop because of the following error: WFSQLiteStatement:bind() - illegal data type used as value. What can I do? I'm working with version 2015.12 on macOS Sierra 10.12.5.

Could you try to remove the sync.lrdata file and restart Lr Desktop. This would restart/refresh the sync (metadata only).

Removing the Sync.lrdata might fix whatever the issue is.

You can find the  sync.lrdata file here:

On Mac it's at /Users/<user>/Library/Caches/Adobe/Lightroom/Sync Data/Sync.lrdata

On Win it would be at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom\Caches\Sync Data\Sync.lrdata

Hope this helps.

I'm wondering if this problem stems from taking photos in LiveView on the iPhone?

not sure what you mean by that. I'm taking the pictures with the Lightroom-mobile-app itself and it doesn't matter what settings I use – the pictures won't synchronize with the deskto-application. they are though available in the Lightroom-Cloud (whatever it may be called), I can access them via browser (even from my desktop computer), so the problem must be between the server and the desktop-app, I'm quite sure.

Hi Samuel. When you open up the Cloud status on  your Lr Mobile version (top menu bar in collection view) are there still photos pending for upload? -Guido

Nope, that's not it. Everything uploads just fine, all Uploads are completed. As I stated before: All the photos are available on the server. The desktop-application also sees they're there (see attached image), but isn't able to synchronise them. Funny thing is, it does work the other way around: The pictures from the desktop-app do synchronise and are then available on my iPhone.Bildschirmfoto 2017-07-27 um 10.41.58.png

Yes this worked, but first I paused synch and logged out of Creative Cloud. Then I deleted the file, logged back in and restarted synch. Thanks.
