Add albanian hyphenation to Indesign

Hi,

I need to add albanian hyphenation to Indesign.

The tutorial on the site is this one Add and remove Hunspell dictionaries in different languages in InDesign

But when I Download from OpenOffice dictionary there isn't Albanian hyph.

There is only the dictionary https://extensions.openoffice.org/en/project/albanian-spellchecker-dictionary

Someone can help me?
