how to create an interactive movie if i am using after effect CC 2017

I am working on a movie in after effect CC 2017 and at a certain point this frame below will show. What i want to do is to be able to click on each picture which will lead me to a different movie. How can i do this in after effects? or is there any other way to do it? my final format should be an mp4 file.

You can't. Video files aren't interactive; that would be something handled by the player software (e.g. JavaScript in a web page or chapters on a DVD/BD)
