CC 2017 Fonts Bullet point question

If I'm using a Arial font ( example) and I create a bullet list, how can I make the actual bullets bigger without making the font size bigger?

Open the Bullets and Numbering dialog box from the Control or Paragraph panel. Create a Character style to set the size and baseline shift for bullets:
