I try to install the new update to CC on Windows 7

1) The install screen shows

2) Prompts for Win security

3) Shows it's installing

4) After 100% the install screen disappears.

5) CC Never shows up again

Reboot- repeat

Reboot- repeat

Reboot- repeat

Reboot- repeat

What is going on with this.
