"Installation failed. Unable to move the file. Rename the file and try again" How do i fix it

So I had a problem with after effects so i tried reinstalling but now all that pops up is the error message I dont know what to do or what file i supposedly have to rename. When explaining can you please explain it simply as I am not too good with technology .
