my lightroom dont recognize raf ( fuji raw) files

hi

i been using lightroom for a lot of years. i use the stand alone ver 6. today i tried to update to ver 6.12 but without success.  i tried to remove and install again for a few times and always the same problem , raf files wont  recognized by lightroom. i try to download the cc ver but the problem apper again, also i tried to update camera raw to 9.12 but it didnt help.

please help..

What version do you actually have installed? What camera model do you have? What operating system (Mac or Windows)?

thanks, i used ver 6.9 but after unistall ans install again at the start of lightroom i see ver 6.0/

i use windows 10, camera fuji xt2, fuji xpro 2. no problem with cr2 files..

You cannot update Lightroom with the camera raw plug-in because Lightroom doesn't use it. Also, there isn't a separate update for Lightroom CC. There is only one Lightroom program and only one Lightroom update. The only difference is how you have activated the program. Here is the link to where you can download the .12 update and install it manually:

After you get that update installed, you should have support for both cameras.

Then you haven't installed the update is my suspicion. That is the only possible answer. Did you download and install the latest update from that link that I gave you?

In that link there is a download for the original version, 6.0/2015.0, then a list of updates for both Mac and Windows. you have to manually download and then install the .12 update.

i tried to download thrgue  criective cload the cc ver and i get error 6/
