Printing source URL

How do I add source URL to footer, i.e., downloaded from site?

Change the settings in "Create PDF from Web Page".

Which settings?  Tried but only got website homepage.

I am trying to add website URL that is available in  "where from"  field in original downloaded page.

Sorry but I am new to Acrobat.

In Adobe Acrobat use File > Create > PDF from Web Page...

There use the button "Settings...".
