Acrobat jumps around on screen when saving documents

This note relates to Acrobat being in full screen mode i.e. the box between - and x is clicked so that the UI takes up the full screen. It also relates to Acrobat Pro DC 17.009.20058 running on fully patch Windows 10 64 bit.

When I save a document file/save as the save completes the UI bounces or jumps around. It jumps so much that the menu is off screen which makes the next save impossible without repositioning the Acrobat UI.

This only happens with Acrobat, and no other software on this PC

Bug somewhere? Other thoughts?
