exporting in lightroom 4

I have a recurring problem with LIGHTROOM. I receive an error message regarding 64 bit encryption.  I have reinstalled the package but the problem still exists.

Please advise a solution.

Hi John,

I am running windows 10.  I am not skilled enough to get a screen shot.  The message Says Lightroom 64 bit has stopped working. Please close programme and windows will notify you of a solution.  needles to say Windows has not notified me of anything.  hoep this info helps.
