Lightroom 6 (perpetual) doesn't ever sync a number of files

When running sync folder I get a count of 360 but nothing is ever imported and this number remains the same no matter how many times I sync the folder?

This means the photos have previously been imported or synchronized into Lightroom and there's no need to import/synchronize them again. Just find the photos in the Library Module, and then you can use them elsewhere in LR
