For some reason, when I pull up CC it won't let me open any apps. I can open it if I already have a file that I've been working on by opening that file. It worked fine before and I didn't change anything. I signed out and signed back in and still nothing. I updated everything and it still won't open. All my buttons are grey and not blue. What is going on? I'm paying for a service that I can't use.
