Video Problems in Internet Explorer 11 when Publishing in HTML5 to websever

Need some help with videos in Presenter.   When trying to view my project in IE 11 I get the error below.   The first video works and those after get this error.   I do not get this error in chrome just IE.    However, if I run it directly from Windows Explorer in IE, I do not get this error.  Trying to move my projects to HTML5 from SWF.  Thanks
