This's setting, Can I render in Windows system ?

You should be able to render an MOV file with the Photo-JPEG codec on Windows without issue.

The Photo JPEG file won't be a problem, but the ProRes file will be -- you can only render ProRes on a Mac.

Well, there are ways to do it on Windows including AfterCodecs (which also does a dang good job of making MP4s directly from AE too).
