I am having an issue. Using Adobe Acrobat Pro. Users sends me a pdf document but they have already signed the document before sending it to me. When I try to sign the document I am unable too. When I click on the digital signature block, nothing comes up and usually Active Client will have a box that comes up so I can choose my signing certificate but it is like a dead link, nothing happens.
I need to get a fix for this since it is starting to happen to other users as well.
