We have several users that are experiencing problems copy and pasting from a pdf to a notepad document. The highlight the text then crtl+c and a shift+tab to get to the notepad document and then a ctrl+v to paste the text. I have checked to see if the clipboard was full and it appears to be ok and RDP clip isn't presenting an issue. I can replicate the error on my pc.
No error messages were noted and nothing is showing up in the windows event logs.
Any assistance anyone could provide would be great.
