As a photographer and Adobe stock contributor, i wonder:
- Can I found out who have bought my pictures and where they were used?

Hi Tom
Some customers give a copyright notice - search for your supplier's name.
Another possibility - Use google images (drag and drop your images).
best regards

What if someone has used your image and you want to find out if they purchased it via Adobe Stock or have stolen it?

How could Adobe know? The image customer could put it on a web site, 100 web sites they control, a magazine, a nationwise advert or the side of a building. The customer does not tell Adobe where it is used. The customer does not give their Adobe ID when it is used. That is how Adobe stock works, and if you are considering selling, this may be a deal breaker.
