How to Relocate Lightroom "Adobe" Start Up File Location

Hi!

Small issue, I have changed the locations of my catalogs within light room, yet Lightroom continues to make a file in my documents with the following file map:

Adobe> dynamiclinkmediaserver>10.0

Keep in mind that these files are all empty. If you know how to stop this folder from being created, or how I can move its location, that would be great!

Moving these out of the user folder has been requested many times on the forum and they have ALL been ignored by Adobe.  You just have to live with them  This is nothing but sloppy programming.
