Popup in PDF?

Is there any way to have a modal "popup" form when you click a button?  This form will have checkboxes, dropdowns, etc. for options that will be then transferred to the main form.  Like, having a text box that displays the options selected once the popup form is closed.

Yes, there is. It's called a Dialog object, but it's quite complicated to develop... See the execDialog method of the app object for more information.

That is what I am looking for.  But yeah, it's gonna take a while to develop.  Each object has to be manually drawn.  Thanks for your help!!
