I want to create a fun frame around a lot of pictures taken at a picnic - something with balloons, etc that says PICNIC 2017. I'm sure there are instructions on here but when I search on frame it wants to do something animated. Can someone point me in the right direction?
You simply need to place your frame on a layer above the image layer, and maintain transparency on the areas you want the background image to show through. The trick if using clipart, is to add PNG to your search, and save the images you want to use. Then Place Embedded into your image.
PNGs tend to have transparent backgrounds and might appear with the transparency grid like so:
