how to use clone tool in a Surface

Can I use the clone tool without keyboard and mouse? I have an Surface and it doesn't allows me to use it says click Alt to define a source point , help pls

You can't just use the onscreen keyboard, or just onscreen jestures, you need to use an the attached Surface keyboard.
